What are your payment options?
We accept credit card payments, Apple pay and PayPal for online payments. For payments made in person, we accept cash or card.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We strive to make our delivery process as efficient as possible, therefore we handpick the fastest & most economical couriers depending on where your parcel is being delivered to. Please do not panic if your parcel is taking longer than expected to arrive, it is most probably delayed to the current covid19 checks. If you wish to, you can always contact us through our web chat, phone number, or email to ensure that your package is in fact still on its way to you! Shipping time will vary depending on where you are located, generally you can expect to have your hands on your parcel within 2-9 days!
Where do your fabrics come from?
All of our premium eco-friendly fabrics are imported from Italy. A massive 78% of the fabrics are made up of recycled ocean plastics and other harmful waste such as plastic bottles & shopping bags. We hope you wear your pieces proudly knowing they are both fashionable and super sustainable.♻️
Do you have a physical shop?
At the moment we do not sell Anna Rose in stores. However, we do home deliveries to customers based anywhere from Estepona to Elviria for those living or visiting the Costa del Sol, Spain. Simply send a DM, email or WhatsApp requesting to see our products and someone from the team will be on their way to you within a matter of minutes/hours. So while we don’t have a physical store, we bring our shop to you!
We are so sorry if you weren’t 100% satisfied with your order 💓 Unfortunately we are not yet offering free shipping on returns, however you will of course receive your money back on your order as long as all tags and sanitary stickers are in tact! All returns can be mailed to:
